At Shopwent, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains when cancellations are possible.

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.

To request a cancellation:

If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want the item after receiving it, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

Orders for customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

If you refuse delivery of your package:

may be deducted from any eligible refund.
