At Shopwent, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains when products may be returned and how refunds are processed.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item:

  • Is unused

  • Is in its original condition

  • Includes original packaging

  • Includes all accessories

  • Includes proof of purchase


Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or sanitary products once opened

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the package

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

If eligible, exchanges are available for defective or damaged products, subject to product availability.


Order Refusals

If a package is refused or returned because of:

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Failure to pay customs duties or import taxes

  • Failure to collect the package

additional shipping charges, return fees, or customs-related costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.


Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and similar charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider or payment service.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
