Worldwide Shipping

Shopwent proudly ships to customers worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location and local shipping restrictions.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • During sales, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take longer.

If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.

  • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–18 business days

  • Asia: 7–15 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier performance.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

Any available free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders:

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

  • Other government charges

are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Shopwent is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Returned packages may incur reshipping charges.

Orders already shipped cannot always be modified.


Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears lost:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.


Delayed Deliveries

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Customs inspections

  • National holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volumes

These delays are outside our control.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photographs of the packaging and product.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos.

We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.


Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos and your order number.

We will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution where appropriate.


Force Majeure

Shopwent is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, customs delays, government actions, transportation interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
